A Valentine’s Day Poem for my wife

Whatever else could I say,

You make my year, you make my day.

Our times are great, our love runs deep,

You give me strength & hope to keep.

Your hair is soft and dark as wood,

Your kiss so tender, your touch too good.

A loving smile I long to see,

A wink of love, just for me.

Another year has passed us by,

We laughed and joked but never cried.

A luckier man there’s never been,

Our family of love with you as queen.

Today’s that day which comes around,

Once a year without a sound

You look amazing, untouched by time,

Thanks for being my Valentine!
